CADILLAC SAFETY GUIDELINES:

Warm-up: Begin with a warm-up to prepare your muscles and joints. 

 Check your Cadillac bed equipment before every use: Ensure that the Cadillac is in proper working condition. The pull down bar and the sliding trapeze have screws that must be checked before every use to ensure falls and safety. 

 Listen to your body: If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop immediately. 

 Use a spotter: For more advanced exercises, it's advisable to have a spotter or instructor present. We want to avoid any quick falls or unsafe moves. 

 Progress gradually: Start with fundamental exercises and slowly advance to more challenging ones. 

Avoid swinging: Refrain from swinging from the horizontal frame or stretching off the side of the Cadillac. Avoid swinging back down from inversion practice. 

Choose appropriate clothing: Steer clear of loose or dangling garments. 

Maintain balance: Exercise caution when getting on or off the Cadillac, as well as during use. 

Utilize the safety strap: Always use the safety strap when working with the push-through bar. 

Clean upholstery: After each session, wipe down the upholstery.
